We are locally owned and family run specialty wood company located in South Central Connecticut in West Haven on the shore. We are conveniently located off I-95 off exit 43 and easily accessible from Route 1.  Our products are from local trees mostly native hardwoods that were probably planted at the turn of century to supply a family with a variety of nuts such as  Walnuts, Beech Nuts, Acorns and Hickory Nuts not to mention firewood, sap for syrups from Maples, fruits and importantly shade from the hot summer sun. When these older hardwood trees fall or are cut down, some people would like a slab cut from it to make a table, bar top, counter top or fireplace mantle. That’s where Kelly Custom Sawing is called to mill wood for a project. Sawing can be done onsite with our portable Woodmizer Sawmill.

So many projects so little time. Our current inventory consists of Black Walnut, Red Oak, White Oak, Spaulding Maples & Beech live edge slabs and burles for your wood projects.
